Thanks again to those who came to the meeting last night: Jim Goldie, Kevin McCarthy, Tom Ostrowski, Luis Sanchez, with a brief visit by Higinio Mendez.
The focus of the meeting was to respond to the presentation from the week before, identify next steps in the path, and form teams dedicated to guiding those steps forward. We decided on two activities and a team dedicated to each:
- Fundraising and Networking
- Language and Culture Sharing in the Boston area
These help to send me to Ecuador, to grow bridges locally, and also prepare folks in Boston to visit Ecuador as well.
We're beginning to take more organizing steps together, and each team will have a follow-up meeting in the next two weeks or so. As things develop, we'll share more information!
